A native of Salt Lake City, Tom has had a Utah Real Estate License for 30 years. In 1980 he transferred to San Diego and managed Real Estate and Investment teams for 15 years. He returned to Park City in 1995 to enjoy the Park City lifestyle and year round recreation. With Tom’s extensive real estate knowledge, he brings his expertise to the team as an investment and foreclosure specialist -locating ideal residential income or investment properties for his clients.

Brenda Wood – Chief Client Advisor
Brenda lived in San Diego for 30 years prior to the last 5 years she has lived in Utah. Brenda currently assists the team with listing/closing documentation, advertising and marketing. She loves Park City because of it’s year round sports and recreation, and enjoys the different seasons. Brenda has obtained her Utah real estate sales associates license. Her license is in “inactive” status, meaning that she does not provide real estate services directly to the public.

Carlos Gonzalez – Director of Development
After 10 years in the U.S. Navy and 2 deployments to the Middle-East onboard the USS Stethem DDG-63, Carlos decided to make Utah his home in 2004 and become a civilian. To learn the Park City area, he worked as a guest services fleet-manager for Deer Valley Lodging for a winter season. Carlos is a key factor for our lead-generation campaigns and cutting edge technology. Carlos is a Jack-of-all-trades. He markets our local Park City Real Estate for the team, however, he works full time promoting all the latest web applications & gaming mechanics, iphone/facebook apps etc. on a national level. He IS the “Social Media” voice of the Park City area and has built an unbelievable network during the past 6 years.
